With the City of Arcadia hosting, esri and Glendale Water & Power (GWP) delivered content-rich presentations to the group on topics including latest applications of ArcGIS V10 for water/wastewater utilities and hydraulic model applications to maximize system storage while increasing fire flows and prioritizing (and saving) CIP dollars.

The benefits almost come ancillary throughout the hydraulic model project, without a full appreciation for what typically just happened.

Locate the feature list of your hydraulic modeling software vendor, and tick off the features that you use. What percentage of the software tool are you making use of? 5%?
